Road Freight (Australia Only)

• All orders over $500.00 (Net Value) are delivered anywhere in Australia by road FIS (Free into Store). Remote and island locations excluded. Excludes Chain and Handrail orders - POA.
• All orders under $500.00 (Net Value) will incur a $22.00 (Inc GST) charge and are delivered anywhere in Australia by road. Remote and island locations excluded.
• 
ProRig Hardware uses a range of reliable couriers and reserves the right to select a preferred courier.
• Items cannot be shipped to a PO Box unless airfreight delivery method is selected and the total weight is under 5kg.
• If the purchaser prefers to use a different courier this can be arranged at their own expense.
• Airfreight orders will incur additional charges.
• International orders will incur additional charges and are quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact us for details

Airfreight:

• Orders shipped via airfreight can have a maximum weight of 5kg and will incur the following charges based on weight.
• 0.1kg-1.0kg bags are charged at a flat rate of $16.50 (Inc GST)
• 1.1kg-3.0kg bags are charged at a flat rate of $19.80 (Inc GST)
• 3.1kg-5.0kg bags are charged at a flat rate of $27.50 (Inc GST)
• International airfreight orders will incur additional charges and are assessed on a case by case basis. Contact us for a quote.

Please Note: Size restrictions also apply to airfreight orders. 

Approximate delivery times in Australia

Any delivery date quoted by ProRig Hardware is an estimate only and ProRig Hardware will not be held liable financially or otherwise for failure to deliver on or before the quoted date unless ProRig Hardware has issued a written guarantee of the delivery date.

The purchaser shall accept and pay for the goods if and when tendered notwithstanding any failure by ProRig Hardware to deliver the goods by the quoted date 

International Orders
ProRig Hardware can ship international orders to almost any destination. Freight Pricing on international orders are assesed on a case by case basis and are calculated depending on goods supplied and final destination. Please contact us with your requirements for a competitive quote today.
